The RWJ Executive Nurse Fellows Program is an advanced leadership project for nurses in senior executive roles who aspire to help lead and shape the U.S. health care system of the future. The program, which began in 1998, was created to give nursing and nurses a more influential role and voice in transforming the health care system.
