THE NETWORK |
- To
share and develop tools, methods, practices, resources and
identify benchmarks and guidelines that help front-line
clinicians provide quality care to their patients
- To
create a vehicle for education, communication and personal
contact
- To
develop the capacity to conduct and link to research in
the community care sites (to create a literature base around
community health centers)
- To
influence public policy at all levels
- To
identify and work with partners who share a similar vision
- To
support the concept and development of community-based health
care as a unique clinical discipline
- To
advocate for clinicians in their efforts to provide access
to high quality community-based care
